Responsibilities |
- Develop quarterly/ yearly and tactical marketing plan.
- Implement project strategies, campaign conceptual directions to ensure campaign objective/ goals are met.
- Develop clearly focused creative strategies and creative briefs.
- Ensures and facilitates effective communication flow throughout project.
- Manages production quality, deadlines and budget control.
- Obtains communication material from relevant internal source.
- Ensure PM’s needs are properly understood and addressed.
- Leads in the negotiation with working partners. Eg: press, magazine, Online, Outdoor, Events and PR.
- Collaborative teamwork between PM’s and creative and media partner.
- Manages of total marketing budget and expenses.
Requirements |
- Degree in Marketing/ Mass Comm or equivalent. Candidate s with advertising agency’s background or from Telecommunication and FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
- A leader with proven ability to manage a team and efficient in manage projects.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills with strong analytical thinking and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative team player and able to work under tight schedules
- Good in critical - thinking and problem-solving skill
- A team player with good management & interpersonal skills
